Hand knit and felted bag with leaves hand needle felted to the front. Each bag is hand knit with 100% wool yarn then machine felted to create an insulted bag which is the perfect size for a champagne bottle or a magnum of wine.
The leaves are also hand knit with 100% wool and machine felted. Then the leaf pattern is cut out from the piece. Each leave is hand needle felted onto the bag. Needle felting uses barb needles which are passed through both the leaf and the bag over and over. This process causes the fibers from both pieces to become intertwined.
